Dinacharya — the Ayurvedic daily routine
Dinacharya is the Ayurvedic idea of ordering the day — waking, elimination, tongue cleaning, oil, bathing, practice, the first meal — around a fairly fixed sequence. These guides separate what the classical texts actually prescribe from later wellness elaboration, report the real (narrow) modern evidence honestly, and give plain medical cautions where they matter.
Nothing here is diagnosis or medical treatment. Ayurvedic ideas are presented as a traditional system of self-care with its own internal logic, not as established biomedical science. If you have a diagnosed condition, take regular medication, are pregnant, or are considering any of this for a child, check with a doctor first.
