Contact
For practice questions, teaching enquiries, collaborations or anything about the shop, write below. Every message is read by one person, and most get a reply within a few days.
Practice questions. If something in a guide is unclear, or you are unsure whether a practice suits your situation, ask — the questions we receive often become new pages in the library.
Shop orders. Include your order number if you have one, and tell us what happened. We would rather hear about a problem than have you sit with it.
Corrections. If you spot an error in a text reference, a date or a translation anywhere on the site, please tell us. Being corrected is how this library stays honest.
Nothing here is medical advice. If you have an injury or a medical condition, please speak with a qualified professional before changing your practice.
